• Connect the included USB cable to the MP3 player as described in "Charging the built-in
battery".
• Connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB interface of your computer.
• You can now access the built-in MP3 player memory using Explorer on your computer and
can save or delete audio files.
Using the MP3 player
The MP3 player comes with ear pads in three different sizes (L = large, M = medium, S = small).
• Use the ear pads designed for swimming (1) for use in the water.
• Use the ear pads designed for use in a dry environment (2) during normal operation.
• Put on the ear pads that fit your ears.
• If you are going to use swim goggles for swimming/diving, place them over the strap of the
MP3 player as shown in the following picture.
Operation
a) Switching on/off
Keep the
key (3) pressed for 4 seconds, to switch the device on or off.
b) Starting/stopping playback
• Press the
key (3) to start or stop playing music.
c) Title search/search run
• Press the button
(7) briefly to jump to the next title.
• Press the button
(6) briefly to return to the previous title.
• Press the button
(7) longer to activate fast forward.
• Press the button
(6) longer to activate fast backward.
d) Volume control
Press the + (5) or - (4) buttons for volume control:
• + button (5) increases the volume
• - button (4) decreases the volume
A brief push will change the volume progressively, a longer push will change the
volume continuously.
e) Random playback
• During playback, press the
button (3) and then the
back on.
• During random playback, press the
playback off again.
• A green LED in the ear piece that holds the controls flashes during random playback.
• A green LED in the ear piece that holds the controls is steadily on when the random playback
is off.
Care and cleaning
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions
since these could damage the housing or even impair operation.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning when the product was used in a dry environment.
• If used in water, please proceed as follows:
Playback volume may turn low due to water entering the earphones.
In this case, remove the MP3 player and blow the water out of the ear-
phones.
Remove the ear pads and squeeze them remaining water out.
Put the MP3 player in a dry place to dry completely for about 10 hours.

If the MP3 player was used in salt water, rinse it well with fresh water before clean-
ing.
Clean the contacts of the USB connector (8) regularly by scrubbing them with a toothbrush or
a rubber.

Never ever connect the MP3 player to a USB port or charger while it is wet.
Problem control
The MP3 player is not responding to key commands, stops automatically or does not
turn on
• The built-in battery is discharged, please recharge completely.
No sound
• Volume is set to minimum.
• The MP3 file to be played is damaged.
• The MP3 file to be played was not completely transferred during saving.
Transfering MP3 files is not possible, the MP3 player is not recognised by the computer
• The USB cable is not properly connected. Check the connection.
• The USB cable has no proper contact with the MP3 player. Check the clip connection and
clean the MP3 player contacts, if necessary.
• The MP3 player was not recognised correctly by the computer. Undo and redo the USB con-
nection. The MP3 player must be recognised as removable media.
• The memory of the MP3 player is full. Delete the files you don't need.
The stored MP3 files cannot be played
• The files are incompatible. Please check bit rate and file extension (.mp3).
• The MP3 file to be played is damaged.
• The MP3 file to be played was not completely transferred during saving.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable material and do not belong in the household
waste. Dispose of an unserviceable product in accordance with the relevant statu-
tory regulations.
The built-in rechargeable battery cannot be removed and must therefore be dis-
posed along with the device.
