NEVER dress your child in clothing that interferes with posi-
tioning the crotch strap between your child's legs. If the crotch
strap is not positioned between your child's legs, your child
could eject from the car seat in a crash.
NEVER use the overhead shield without fastening the
shoulder and crotch straps. The overhead shield alone will
not properly restrain your child.
NEVER allow the shoulder straps to be loose around your
child. If the shoulder straps are not snug against your child,
your child will not be properly restrained.
NEVER use the car seat after it is involved in a crash. A crash
can cause damage to the car seat that you cannot see.
