1) To make a desk fan: loosen the butterfly screw on the fan head, then attach the plastic base to the fan head and tighten the butterfly screw. 2) To make a clip fan: loosen the butterfly screw on the fan head, then attach the plastic clip to the fan head and tighten the butterfly screw. -
