Location of the rubber insert
Fitting kit
- 1 rubber insert
- 4 BHc 6×50 screws
- 1 Ø5 plastic washer
- 2 Ø6 L : 25 mm plastic spacers
Assembly
- Remove the original windshield. Take off the threaded fastener from the central fixation. Then
make larger the hole up to Ø 9,5 mm and place the rubber insert (see photo).
- Replace the original windshield. On it, put the provided windshield by inserting the rubber spacer
between both. Fit them at the middle thanks to the 5×30 screws and the Ø5 washer.
- Fix both windshields on their sides with the remaining screws and spacers (see photo).
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
