Rear right bracket

Fitting kit
- 4 BHC 6×15 screws.
- 6 Ø6 rubber washers.
- 2 M6 nuts.
- 2 Ø38 collars.
Assembly
- Fix the two fixing brackets to the engine supports, without completely removing the bolts. Once the brackets
are positioned, do not completely tighten the fixing to allow for adjusting later.
- Put the two Ø38 collars on the frame using the spacers and the 6×10 screws.
- Position the belly pan, attach it to the spacers using the 6×10 screws and on the front brackets with the 6×15
screws. Centre it and check that it is well clear of the exhaust pipes or the engine casing.
- Tighten all the fixings carefully to avoid damage to the belly pan and tighten the engine screws with a torque

wrench to 6 kg/m
.
Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with motor and has to be far enough from
complet exhaust system. Fitting brackets' angles may be a little modified in order to adjust the
accessory to every motorbike (do not fold the fixing brackets while fitted on belly pan).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal
road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
