Rear right bracket
Fitting kit
- 4 fixing brackets
- 7 5×15 BHC screws
- 7 Ø5 rubber washers
- 2 8×40 CHC screws
- 3 Ø5 steel washers
- 3 M5 nuts
- 2 M8 nuts
Assembly
- Fix the four fixing brackets on the bike as indicated on the photos (without blocking tightening).
- Assemble the two parts of the belly pan using the 3 BHC 5×15 screws, 3 rubber washers, 3 steel
washers and 3 M5 nuts provided.
- Position the belly pan. Fix it on the brackets using the four BHC 5×15 screws and the last 4 rubber
washers. Centre the belly pan and check that it is clear of both the engine casing and the exhaust pipe.
- Block the bracket tightening and that of the belly pan, paying attention not to damage it with excessive
tightening.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
