Fitting brackets location
Fitting kit
- 2 fitting brackets
- 4 Ø6 rubber washers
- 4 BHc 6×15 screws (big head)
Assembly
- Remove the original radiator cover and place the fitting brackets as indicated on the photos thanks to
the original screws.
- Cut the provided rubber seal in 2 equal pieces and paste it on the part of the scoop that will be nested
under the tank (see picture of the position of the seal).
- Place the scoops on the radiator and fit them by using the BHc 6×15 screws and the rubber washers.
The tab on which the seal is stuck fully slides under the tank.
- Aluminium nettings can be placed at the air intake level with silicon.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
- 40 cm of rubber seal
- 2 aluminium nettings 25 cm x 6 cm
(diameter 5 or 6 according to inserts' brackets)
