Fitting kit
- 2 fixing brackets (the larger one is for the left hand side and the rounded one goes on the
right-hand side)
- 4 6×15 screws
- 4 6×14×1 steel washers
- 4 Ø6 rubber washers
- 2 Ø35 mm collars
- 4 M6 nuts
- 2 5×16 screws
- 2 M5 brake nuts
- 4 5×10×1 washers
Assembly
- Fix the two parts of the belly pan together, using the Ø5 screws, washers and brake nuts.
- Put the two front fixing brackets in place on the mounting points of the engine/frame (but do not
tighten them at this stage so that adjustments can be made later). Put the collars in place as well as
shown in the photos.
- Position the belly pan and put the four Ø5 screws in place with the rubber washers to protect the
paintwork. Put the Ø6 steel washers and nuts in place on the brackets and collars without tightening
them completely.
- Take care to position the belly pan well away from the exhaust pipes and high enough to clear the
ground. Adjustment can be achieved by moving the brackets. Then tighten the brackets and screws
completely.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
