Fitting kit
- 4 brackets
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
- 4 Ø5 threaded fasteners
- 6 BHc 5×15 screws big head
- 2 Ø5 rubber inserts
- 2 20×4 cm aluminium nettings
- 70 cm of rubber seal
- 4 Ø5, length 5mm rubber spacers
Assembly
- Remove the rubber cap on the frame and fit the brackets thanks to the rubber inserts and the BHc 6×15
screws (see pic on the right).
- Fix the 2 other brackets on the radiator upper fixation (see pic on the left).
- Fit the 4 threaded fasteners as indicated on the photos.
- Cut the rubber seal in two equal parts and slide it on the edge of the scoop that will touch the tank.
- Place the scoops by sliding the rear side under the side panels and fit them thanks to provided Ø5 screws
and washers; don't forget to insert the rubber spacers between the brackets and the scoops.
- The aluminium nettings are placed at the air intakes level with silicone.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
