Fitting kit
- 1 CHc screw 6 x 15mm
- 1 BHc screw 6 x 15mm
- 1 Ø6 Length : 5mm plastic spacer
- 1 Ø6 plastic washer
- 1 M6 nylock nuts
Assembly
- Remove chainguard and retain fixing screws along with the brake hose bracket on right hand side.
- Position the hugger on bike ensuring its sitting central in relation to the tyre.
- Fix hugger on chainguard using original screws. Use the CHc screw and plastic washer provided to
fix the right hand side. Fix the brake hose bracket by using the BHc screw and nylock nuts while
inserting the plastic washer between hugger and bracket (see photo).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
