Fitting kit
- 2 fitting brackets
- 2 Ø5 plastic washers
- 2 BHc 5x15 screws
Assembly
- Remove the original chainguard and keep the screws.
- Position the brackets on the right side of the swinging arm by inserting the flat bracket inside the arm.
Then circle the arm with the other bracket.
- Place the rear hugger on the motorbike. Fit the chain guard side with the original screws, and the other
side of the hugger on the bracket thanks to the provided screws and washers. Check the hugger centring
before tightening.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
Ermax undertray and rear hugger are compatible.
