The assembly of the Ermax undertray involves the original indicators' removal.

Assembly
- Remove the saddle. Unscrew the Phillips screw under the rear mudguard (see picture), then unclip the cover using
a small flat screwdriver to access the indicators' terminals and the plate lighting.
- Disconnect the 3 terminals (blue, white and orange) and remove the transparent protection.
- Unscrew the 4 screws holding the rear mudguard (see picture), while maintaining it in order not to fall out. Caution
: the original steel inserts located inside of the mudguard may fall.
- Move males terminals previously disconnected under the saddle. Place the SUP09 on the plate holder using the 3
BHc screws 5x10 and the 3 Nylock nuts, taking care to interpose a steel spacer between the nut and the plate holder.
Mount the blinkers on the SUP09 passing the wires through the 4
- Put a rubber washer on each BHc screw 5x15. Place the plate holder on the motorbike, taking care to put the
indicators and plate lighting's wires. Fit it on the original fitting points using the 4 BHc screws 5x15, the 4 Nylock
nuts Ø5, by inserting a steel washer Ø5. Tighten the plate holder's screws.
- Connect the blinkers and the plate lighting. Replace the saddle.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary,
fold the support metal plate so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
Think to bring blinkers.
- 4 screws BHc 5x15 (big black head)
- 4 rubber washers Ø6

- 7 Nylock nuts Ø5
