Fitting kit
- 3 BHc 6×50 screws
- 3 plastic spacers Ø6 L : 31mm
- 3 BHc 5×15 screws (big head)
Assembly
- Remove the saddle. Disconnect the indicators and take off the original mudguard.
- Place the plate holder on the motorbike by fitting it thanks to the three 6x50 screws and rubber washers, by
inserting the spacers between the part and the bike (see photo).
- Place the rubber inserts on the plastic part and fit the metallic plate holder thanks to the three 5x15 screws.
- Connect the plate lighting and indicators. Replace the saddle.
- Fit the license number plate on its support.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if
necessary, fold the support metal plate so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do
Little trick to keep the three 6x50 screws during the
tightening : place the screws with spacers and
screws and hold it in place with a piece of tape. This
will enable you to position them without them
falling.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
