Fitting kit
- 7 plastic washers 6mm
- 4 screws 6x15
- 3 lock nuts M6
- 2 collars 30mm
Assembly
- Assemble the two parts of the belly pan using the 6x15 screws, plastic washers and lock nuts provided.
- Position the collars on the frame and secure them using 6x10 screws, and threaded spacers provided.
Position the brackets as shown in the photos above but do not tighten completely.
- Put the belly pan in place on the fixings placing the rubber spacers between the brackets and belly pan.
Use the 6x15 screws and plastic washers to keep it in place. Centre the belly pan by adjusting the position
of the collars as required. When correctly centred, final tighten all fixings. TIP : avoid over tightening of
screws in contact with bodywork as this can cause damage.
Carry out final inspection of all fixings and ensure that exhaust pipe is not touching the belly pan.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
