Fitting kit
- 4 Self-tapping screws
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Mark the rear side panels outlines on the original number plate support using a white pencil.
- Remove the saddle, the side panels, the indicators and the rear light.
- Cut the number plate support 5 mm above the line, then grind down all the lugs under the
original under tray in order to let the toolbox very smooth.
- Place your under tray then replace the side panels and the saddle.
- Fix the under tray on the panels using the two furnished screws at the lowest level of the
panels.
- Rivet the license plate on the support foreseen for that purpose.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
