Fitting kit
- 5 BHc 6x15 screws
- 5 Ø6 plastic washers
- 5 M6 nylock nuts
- 1 Ø5, L : 5mm rubber washer
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the right-hand-side passenger handle and the middle and the right sides of the
rear fairing.
- Disconnect the indicators and the plate lighting.
- Replace the right side of the rear fairing : place the plate holder, locate the holes to drill on the
original undertray (= lower fixation of the plate holder).
- Drill the undertray at Ø6 on the marks made earlier.
- Fit the metal plate holder on the provided part thanks to the BHc 5x10 screws, the M5 nylock nuts
and the Ø5 plastic washers.
- Place the plate holder on the motorbike by inserting the rubber washer between the plate holder and
the original undertray (on the upper fixation).
- Connect the indicators and the plate lighting, replace the middle and the sides of the fairing.
- Once the rear fairing replaced, fit definitevely the plate holder with the BHc 6x15 screws, the Ø6
plastic washers and the M6 nylock nuts.
- Replace the saddle and fit the number plate on its support.
* Good tip to set up the nuts that are difficult to access : hold them into an open end wrench with a
piece of tape.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before
assembly, and if necessary, fold the plate metal support so as to
preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the metal support
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the
technical data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
