Fitting kit
- 1 M5 threaded fastener.
- 1 long bracket.
- 2 rubber collars.
- 1 self-adhesive pad.
- 1 screw 5x10.
Assembly
- Remove the chain guard and the rear brake hose bracket.
- Place the threaded fastener on the furnished bracket and fix this one as a replacement of the
original bracket, without tightening (see photo).
- Fit the hugger using the original screws and the Ø5 one, check it's well centred compared to the
tire, then tighten completely.
- Position the rubber collar on the front left side of the hugger to avoid damaging it because of the
vibrations.
- Place the self-adhesive pad on the hugger and then fix the brake hose with the last rubber collar.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
