Fitting kit
- 4 rubber spacers Ø5 L 5 mm : for FZ6
- 4 rigid spacers Ø6 L 10 mm : for FZ6 S2
- 50 cm rubber strip
- 4 screws BHc 6x20
- 1 plastic collar
- 4 rubber washers Ø6
- 2 aluminium nettings 4 cm x 20 cm
- 2 male pods
- 2 female pods
- 2 x 30 cm black wire
- 4 screws BHc 6 x 25
Assembly
- Remove original radiator covers. Then disconnect horn and relocate as shown (using the lower
screw from the ventilator bracket). Reconnect horn (with wire and pods if necessary). Use the
plastic collar to keep horn wiring away from hot engine.
- Stick one piece of rubber strip to edge of radiator cover that come into contact with fuel tank.
- Set up radiator covers, inserting the spacers between radiator and the radiator covers (rubber
spacers for FZ6 and rigid spacers for FZ6 S2). Fix them using the screws BHc 6x20 provided (use
the screws BHc 6x25 for the FZ6 S2).
- Aluminium railings are one option. They take place at the air intakes with stick for windshield
(polyurethane stick).
* Use only the specified screws for each model (FZ6 or S2) otherwise there is a risk of
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
