1 Screw
2 Safety clip
3 Push handle
 Loosen screws.
 Pull out the safety clip.
 Pull the push handle upward.

 Insert the injector into the appliance.
 Slide the push handle down until the in-
jector is situated in the connection of
the hose drum.
 Insert both safety clips.
 Fix in the screws and tighten them.
Install reversible spray pipe (only
Inno-Foam set)
 Unscrew serial/standard spray pipe
from the the handgun.

 Install the reversible spray pipe on the
handgun.
 Install the standard high pressure noz-
zle onto the long pipe of the reversible
spray pipe.
Install foam nozzle
1 Foam nozzle
2 Round jet nozzle
3 Mould part
4 Spray pipe/reversible spray pipe
 Place the mould part in the round jet
nozzle (observe the alignment).
 Insert the nozzle with mould part into
the foam nozzle.
 Inno-Foam set: Install the preinstalled
foam nozzle onto the short pipe of the
reversible spray pipe.
Easy-Foam set: Install the preinstalled
foam nozzle instead of the high pres-
sure nozzle onto the spray pipe.
 Tighten foam nozzle with open end
wrench SW 27.

RM 57 ASF
Foam cleaner, neutral
Foam detergent for mild dirt, dirt containing
greases, oil and proteins.
RM 58 ASF
Foam detergent, alkali-base
Foam detergent for cleaning floor tiles, roof
tiles and containers.
RM 59 ASF
Foam cleaner, acidic
Foam detergent for cleaning floor tiles,
steel surfaces and containers.
RM 735
Disinfectant
Neutral disinfectant, bactericide / fungicide
/ viruscide.
