Fitting kit
- 4 Ø6 plastic washers
- 6 Ø5 plastic washers
- 2 M5 rubber inserts
- 2 alu railings 15x10 cm
Assembly
- Remove the original side panels and both covers of passenger foot-rest.
- Place foot-rest covers on the provided side panels with the 4 BHc 5x20 screws and the nylock nuts.
Spacers are placed between the side panels and the foot-rest covers.
- Position the equiped side panels to track down the central fitting hole.
Remove the side panels and drill a Ø 9,5 mm hole on the previous mark. Place the rubber insert.
- For unpainted pieces : side panels are delivered with aluminium railings and plastic covers to stick
yourself with silicone. Plastic covers prevent water infiltrations at the air filter level : you must stick these
covers at least.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

We decline any responsibility in case of damage caused
by water infiltrations at the level of the engine
if covers are not fitted.
