Recommended cooking table

1. Eggs can be placed on the steamer basket board (with egg holders) for cooking.
2. The maximum weight of ingredients can be placed on the steaming tray / steamer basket board is 500g.
3. It is recommended to use metal bowls or dishes to contain food for steaming, if needed.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the appliance after each use. Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and pour out the condensed water
from the removable drip tray.
2. Do not use soap, gasoline, thinner, alcohol, bleach, polishing powder, metal brush, nylon brush, steel wool or
abrasive cleaners to clean the appliance, as these can damage the surface of appliance.
3. Do not immerse the appliance in water nor rinse it under the tap.
4. Wash accessories with clean water and wipe the body with a soft cloth. Only the stainless steel accessories
can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
5. Make sure all parts are cleaned and dried before storing.
Cleaning for Steam Generator:
After using for 2 to 3 months, limescale may accumulate in the steam generator. It is a normal phenomenon. The
amount of limescale depends on the hardness of water. It is recommended to descale regularly to prolong the
life span of your steamer. (We recommend to use purified water.)
1. Add mixture of white vinegar and water into the tank (Do not use other chemicals).
2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Turn the timer knob to 20 - 25 minutes and allow steam to circulate.
4. When the timer rings, unplug the appliance and pour out the white vinegar.
5. Add purified water into the tank and then steam 10 minutes. Now, the steamer can be used again.
