I. Power
Tellimero contains a chargeable lithium-ion battery. Please only use
the included USB cable to charge the Tellimero pen. During charging,
a light is illuminated. As soon as the battery is completely charged,
the light will go out.
Be careful with an empty battery:
As soon as the battery level is low, the device plays back an acoustic
signal and then switches off automatically.
II. The buttons of Tellimero:
1) Power button:
To switch on the device, you have to press the power button. An indi-
cator light is switched on and after about 2 seconds, the speakers
play back a signal. The reading pen will now change into normal
mode and is now able to read books in a normal form.
During reading process, music can be switched on by pressing the
button shortly.
2) Volume button:
The small button has to be pressed once at the
beginning to change the volume. The volume is
then either raised or reduced by pressing the but-
ton further. In each case the volume is changed by
one level. All in all, you can choose between 8

adjustable volume levels. As soon as you have
reached the maximum volume level, a warning
tone resounds. By pressing the button eight times

again, the minimum volume level is reached.
Standard setting is at medium level.

3) Record button:
This button has to be pressed for voice recording.
A signal is automatically played back and the
recording starts. After recording is completed, the
Record button has to be pressed longer once
again and a signal tone will be played back. Using
the device, you can record up to 5 minutes.
