metallic parts.
Store the chutes with the upper edge facing downwards
provided that the two chains and their relative hooks are
not in the column near the ground plane.

Prohibitions
It is forbidden
To lean into the chutes during use.
To install or use the rubbish chutes in case of strong winds.
To stand very close to the reception area that is inside the
barrier and delimits the working area.
To use the chutes and their parts under any conditions
other than those mentioned.
To unload objects heavier than 5 kg and larger than 30 cm
that could cause obstruction within the rubbish chutes.
To use any corrosive substance that can damage the rubbish
chutes.
To add other parts to the chain.
To empty fresh concrete or any other liquid down the
rubbish chutes.
To insert the column into a hole with a diameter less than
140 cm – holes in floors, roofs etc.
To form protruding curves in the column of the rubbish
chute. Every section of the rubbish chute that is in the curve
will undergo more wear due to the impact and to the

on a building check that the walls (bearing wall – structural
surface) are strong enough to support the weight of the
column. Use the proper screws to adjust and secure the
telescopic part taking into account the thickness of the walls.
Secure the support to the walls. In order to spread the load
inside the wall and guarantee that the internal wall and the
support do not move, put a suitable piece of hardwood timber
and secure it to the support using the relative holes.
If you assemble the support on a metal scaffold, it could be
fixed to the pillars using the suitable joints for scaffolds. Use the
proper screws to adjust and secure the telescopic part taking
into account the thickness of the pillars. Secure the support
directly to the scaffold and tighten the joints so that the support
is stable and perfectly fixed to the scaffold.
3.2
Assembly of the column
Assemble the columns on a flat surface; stack each rubbish
chute for at least 6 cm in the underlying one. Once hooked up,
lift the column either by the line or winch or the hoist secured
to the frame that is assembled on the support. Secure the
column to the relative support.
A rope or a guiding ring should be used to secure the column to
the scaffold or to the building. The rope must be arranged every
four columns to reduce oscillation during unloading operations.
The guiding ring must be secured to the wall or to the scaffold
to make the final part of the column converge in the unloading
area and secure the column to the building or the scaffold in
order to reduce oscillations during the unloading of rubble.
3.3
Assembly hopper element
After pulling up the column of chute and fastening it to the
fixing elements in the steel frame, you can go to the last phase.
Insert the element into the frame. Important - the element
must be based in 4 places. The element is well-adjusted and it
should be pressed firmly into the frame.
