1) Guarantee term: Two years from the date of purchase.
2) is watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the
guarantee term (see above) if it should malfunction during normal use
as described in the Instruction Manual.
3) is guarantee covers the watch itself (movements, case) and the metal
watchband. Other parts than the above are not covered by the
guarantee.
4) To have repairs and adjustments covered under this guarantee
performed, bring the watch and the guarantee to the location of
purchase.
5) Note that repairs will be charged in the following cases, even during
the guarantee term.
a. Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.
b. Failure or damage caused by unjusti able repair or modi cation.
c. Failure or damage caused by re or water, or a natural disaster such
as an earthquake
d. Esthetic changes that occur during use (scratches, etc., on the case,
glass, metal watchband).
e. In case the date of purchase, model number and store stamp are not
indicated on the guarantee, or if this information has been
rewritten.
f. If the guarantee is not submitted along with the watch.
6) Battery replacement will be charged even during the guarantee term.
7) e case, dial, hands, glass, watchband or other parts thereof may be
replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
8) is guarantee warrants that you can receive free repair in accordance
with the terms set forth herein and within the speci ed term, and shall
not restrict any lawful right of the customer.
