Fitting kit
- 3 fixing brackets
- 7 BHC 5x15 screws
- 7 Ø5 rubber washers
- 4 Ø5 autoblock nuts
- 1 8x40 screw
- 1 Ø8 autoblock nut
- 1 central part
- 4 6x5 rubber spacers
Assembly
- Assemble the three parts of the belly pan using the four BHC 5×15 screws, four nuts and four rubber
washers. The central part is placed inside the belly pan.
- Put the fixing brackets on the bike as shown on the photos, without tightening to direct them if
necessary. Use the 8×40 screw and the Ø8 nut for the front left bracket.
- Position the belly pan. Fix it with the last 5×15 screws and the original screw for the rear right
fixing. The 4 rubber spacers are placed between belly pan and fixing brackets.
- Check that the belly pan is clear of the exhaust pipe and the engine casing (modify the fixing bracket
angle to cure this problem). Block the fixing tightening paying attention not to damage the paintwork.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
