IMPORTANT
Il est impératif, avant toute intervention sur un appareil, de mettre celui-ci hors tension et de s'assurer que personne ne pourra
rétablir l'alimentation sans autorisation du responsable des opérations de maintenance.
MISE EN SERVICE
Après une période d'environ 50 heures d'utilisation succédant à la première mise en service, il sera nécessaire de procéder aux vérifications
et opérations suivantes :
• Serrage des moyeux "TAPER LOCK ®" des poulies motrices et réceptrices.
• Etat et tension des courroies.
• Complément du graissage initial effectué en usine.
OPERATIONS DE MAINTENANCE
Afin d'optimiser la durée de vie de cet appareil, les opérations de maintenance devront être effectuées chaque trimestre, quelle que soit la
durée d'utilisation journalière.
Ainsi, l'entretien périodique consistera à :
• Vérifier l'état d'usure et la tension des courroies.
Si celles-ci se sont détendues ou doivent être remplacées, suivre les instructions intitulées tension des courroies ou remplacement des
courroies.
Il est fortement conseillé de profiter de l'occasion que présente un remplacement des courroies pour vérifier l'état des paliers en
contrôlant les joints de protection des roulements et en faisant tourner l'arbre à la main, une fois les courroies enlevées, afin de déceler un
éventuel point dur, et envisager dans ce cas, un remplacement du palier défectueux.
• Graisser les paliers tous les 3 mois ainsi qu'avant et après une longue période d'arrêt sauf si votre appareil est équipé de graisseurs
automatiques. Il faudra alors vérifier régulièrement la quantité de graisse restant dans ceux-ci.

FIRST INSPECTION
After a period of approximately 50 operating hours following the initial start up, the following inspections and operations must be carried out:
• Tighten the "TAPER LOCK ®" hubs of the drive and idle pulleys.
• Check the state and tension of the drive belts.
• Top up the grease applied in the factory.
MAINTENANCE WORK
AIn order to optimise the working life of your appliance, the following maintenance work must be carried out every three months, regardless
of the number of operating hours per day.
The following inspections are to be carried out:
• Check the state of wear and tension of the drive belts.
If the drive belts are slack or need replacement, follow the instructions under the heading Belt tension or Belt replacement.
It is strongly recommended to take advantage of the belt replacement operation to check the bearings by inspecting the bearing protection
seals and turning the pulley by hand with the belt removed. In this way, friction points may be detected and replacement of the potentially
defective bearing programmed.
• Grease the bearings every 3 months, as well as before and after any long stoppage period, unless the appliance is equipped with an
automatic lubrication system. In this case, check the lubricant level regularly.
