• Odkręcić zderzak .
• Od tylnego pasa samochodu odkręcić belkę zderzeniową
(nie będzie już wykorzystana).
• W otwory podłużnic wsunąć elementy zaczepu C i poprzez technologiczne
otwory w podłużnicach skręcić lekko śrubami M10x50 8.8 (pkt3)
stosując nakładki F.
• Do elementów C przykręcić belkę zaczepu A śrubami M12x50 8.8. (pkt1)
stosując elementy D i E. Elementy D i E przykręcić do tylnego pasa
śrubami M8x40 8.8 (pkt2)
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Wykonać wycięcie w osi, w dolnej części zderzaka o wymiarach 110 x50.
• Zamontować zderzak.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M12x70 8.8.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the bumper.
• Unscrew the bumper bar from the rear belt of the car (it will not be used any more).
• Insert the elements C in the holes of the frame side members and screw slightly,
through the technological holes in the frame side members,
with bolts M10x50 8.8 (point 3) using plates F.
• Screw the main bar A to the elements C with bolts M12x50 8.8 (point 1)
using the elements D and E. Screw the elements D and E to the rear belt
with bolts M8x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting -see the table.
• Cut out the fragment 110x50 in the lower part of the bumper, in its axle.
• Assemble the bumper.
• Fix the ball and electric plate with bolts M12x70 8.8.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Dévisser le pare-chocs.
• Dévisser la poutre pare-chocs de la jupe arrière de la voiture
(elle ne sera plus utilisée).
• Glisser les éléments d'attelage C dans les ori ces des longerons et à travers les
trous technologiques dans le longeron, les serrer légèrement avec les boulons
M10x50 8.8 (point 3) en utilisant les plaquettes F.
• Serrer la poutre du crochet d'attelage A aux éléments C à l'aide des boulons
M12x50 8.8 (point 1) en utilisant les éléments D et E. Visser les éléments D et E à la
bande postérieure en utilisant les boulons M8x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Dans la partie inférieure du pare-chocs, dans son axe, couper un fragment à
dimensions 110x50.
• Installer le pare-chocs.
• Serrer la boule et la tôle de la prise électrique, avec les boulons M12x70 8.8.
• Brancher l'installation électrique.
