Fitting kit
- 2 screws BHc 6×15 (big head)
- 2 rubber washers Ø6
- 2 screws BHc for XSR from US and Canada
Fitting instructions
- Remove the front face from the headlight (transparent cover + hooping) by unscrewing the screws surrounded
in white on the photo. Disconnect the indicators inside the headlight.
- Remove the side panels from the headlight support (the screws surrounded in red on the photo): the back of the
headlight remains on its support.
- Assemble the side brackets of the headlight support with the nose fairing thanks to screws BHc 6×15 as shown
on the photo above, and by inserting the rubber washer between the side bracket and the nose fairing.
- Replace the unit nose fairing/side brackets on the motorcycle. Connect the indicators. Fit again the back of the
headlight on the side brackets, and then the front face.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
