1. The control handle
batteries are not
inserted correctly.
2. The control handle
batteries are dead.
1. The water tank is
empty.
2. Air is trapped in the
water tank.
3. The water tank cap is
blocked.
4. The battery level is
weak.
1. Debris is blocking the
cap.

1. Remove the batteries
and insert them
correctly.
2. Replace the control
handle batteries.
1. Fill the water tank with
water and some floor
cleaning detergent.
2. Press the spray button
several times to
activate the water tank
pump and remove the
air inside it.
3. Clean the water tank
cap using a soft cloth
and remove any built
up limescale.
4. Charge the removable
battery using the
power cable supplied.
1. Clean the water tank
cap using a soft cloth.
Empty the water tank
and wash it with clean
water
2. Press the spray button
several times so that
the clean water starts
to come out of the
nozzle.
