Manual Operation:
Raising
1. Open the release valve by turning it counterclockwise. Lower the jack completely.
2. Turn the release valve clockwise to close the system.
3. Position the lowered jack under motorcycle.
4. Secure motorcycle with tie-downs and check load orientation.
5. Lift the jack using the foot pump.
Lowering
1. Slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise to begin lowering.
2. Completely lower the jack.
3. Remove jack.
Pneumatic Operation:
Raising
1. Open the release valve by turning it counterclockwise. Lower the jack completely.
2. Turn the release valve clockwise to close the system.
3. Position the lowered jack under motorcycle.
4. Attach air hose and raise jack.
Lowering
1. Slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise to begin lowering.
2. Completely lower the jack.
3. Remove jack.
Maintenance:
- Hydraulic reservoir should have enough clean hydraulic oil to just cover the hydraulic cylinder visible through the filler
hole. Do not overfill.
- Clean dirt from around filler plug before removing it for fluid changes or filling.
- Always store lift in the fully lowered position to prevent piston corrosion.
- Keep the piston tubes clean.
- Do not dis-assemble, repair, or modify the jack or its components without consulting jack manufacturer.
