Fitting kit
- 1 steel bracket with threaded insert
- 3 screws BHc 5×15 (big head)
- 2 plastic washers Ø5
Fitting instructions
- Remove original radiator covers and indicators. Move and fit the horn with the supplied steel bracket and one
screw 5×15 as shown on the picture below. The horn wires must pass through the frame under the tank.
Steel bracket
- Place threaded fasteners on the original radiator covers as shown on
the picture.
- Fit indicators (mini blinker style for light weight) on the provided scoops, and prepare final connections.
- Connect indicators and then fit the scoops at fastener level (mounted previously) thanks to 2 screws 5×15 and
2 washers Ø5. Complete the mounting with 2 remaining screws 5×20 that set the supplied scoops on the original
ones, at their lower fitting point.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
