7. Do not operate or leave the device in high temperatures or damp conditions, otherwise it
may be damaged. The authorised operating temperature is between -10° C and 60° C.
The authorised charging temperature is between 0° C and 45° C.
8. Do not attempt to combine the device with parts from other brands of e-cigarettes. If it is
damaged this way, Riccardo will not take responsibility and the warranty will be void.
Warranty terms
Please consult your Riccardo product warranty card. We are not responsible for any damage
caused by human error. Our warranty is not valid for products purchased from third party
vendors.
Riccardo agrees to provide repair under warranty pursuant to the following terms and
conditions:
1. This warranty provides repair free of charge for defective Riccardo brand merchandise.
The warranty period is 90 days starting on the date of purchase by the end user.
2. This warranty is void as a result of any of the following conditions:
The customer cannot provide the warranty card and the original receipt of purchase.
The merchandise failure or damage is caused by improper use or unauthorised repair.

The merchandise failure or damage is a result of excessive forces, such as dropping.
The merchandise failure or damage is a result of a usage outside the recommended
operating conditions (see Precautions).
The merchandise failure or damage is caused by an improper use of water or liquid.
The merchandise failure or damage is caused by a usage with non-Riccardo components
(charger, battery, power cable etc.).
3. This warranty does not cover personal items or consumable goods and attachments,
including but not limited to, mouthpieces, cartridges, atomizer heads, lanyards and leather
sheaths.
4. This warranty does not cover any non-Riccardo brand products. This warranty is only valid
for eligible Riccardo brand products during the warranty period of 90 days after the date of
purchase as indicated on the proof of purchase.
