Parts numbered 1 and 2 are to be retained.
Remove pieces not required as above.
Fitting kit
- 1 SUP00 plate holder
- 5 Ø5 plastic washer
- 4 screws BHc 5x10
Assembly
- Remove seat, passenger grab rails, lock bracket, light unit and indicators.
- Remove the original undertray and cut it as shown above. Replace it on motorbike.
- Drill the Ermax undertray to fix the SUP00. Use the 4 screws 5x10, 4 nuts and washers Ø5.
- Re-fit rear light on its bracket and refit the unit on the bike. Slide the undertray on from the rear of the bike.
- Re-fit the rear bodywork. Once in place, replace the lock bracket.
- Fit the passengers grab rails and ensure that lights & indicators functioning correctly.
- Bore the original undertray through the provided one and fix both using screw 5x25, plastic washer and nylock nut
provided. Replace the seats.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original
tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
ERMAX UNDERTRAY ADAPTABLE ON
Original tyre Michelin Pilot Road in 160/60 ZR 17.
For CBF 600 2008 models and following.
The parts with double hatching are to be removed. Fit the original
undertray on the framework with the provided plastic collars.
