Some operation problems are due to causes that can be eliminated easily without appealing to the
technical service. Pay attention to the following indications:
PROBLEM
Dryer doesn´t work
Going out of the sawdust
to the exterior
Cutlery jam
POSIBLE CAUSE
Is the dryer plugged in?
Power switch on?
Does the hot air turbine work correctly?
Are you feeding the machine with an
excess of cutlery?
Is it working with too used sawdust
Is vegetable granulate too humid?
Are you washing the cutlery correctly?
Are you feeding the machine correctly?
Have you introduced any outsize piece?
Is there a piece obstructing the step to
the other ones?
12. SOLUTIONS AND PROBLEMS
SOLUTION
Plug the dryer into a grounded outlet
Turn the power switch on.
Place a tablespoon full of sawdust near the
exit and check if the turbine retires the sawdust
to verify if it works correctly. if it does not
retire it, the turbine does not work.
An excess of cutlery avoid that the dryer carries
out a good work. Remember that you should
feed the machine in handfuls of 12 or 5 cutlery
approximately leaving small intervals among
them.
If the granulate has lost its initial granulated
is possible that it adheres to the cutlery. In
this case you should change the granulate.
If you observe that the granulate has high
degree of humidity, leave the machine working
without cutlery during half and hour so that
the humidity excess i s eli minated.
If the cutlery have not been washed correctly
and have a slight oil film. This oil film is the
causing that glued remains come out. In this
case you will wash the cutlery correctly again.
An excess of cutlery prevents that the dryer
carrier out a good work. Remember that you
should feed the machine in handfuls of 12 or
5 cutlery approximately leaving small intervals
among them .
Remember that the machine has been
designed for drying and polishing cutlery.
We don´t advise to introduce pieces too big.
Disconnect the machine pushing the red
stop button, elevate the cover carefully and
retire the piece that has produced the jam.
