Create Data Retention Policies
Specify how long to keep backups by creating data retention policies:
1. Go to Backup > Retention Policies and click Add a Retention Policy.
2. In the Add a Retention Policy page, enter a name to identify
the policy.
3. In the Items to Retain section, select the data sources to which the
retention policy applies.
4. In the Retention Timeline section, select a timeline template on which
to base your retention policy, or specify your own revision timeline.
5. If applicable, specify the Email Message Timeline.
6. Click Save.
