Intelligent Power Lithium Battery Instruction Manual
Dear customers,
Thank you for choosing our battery. This battery model is special used for
bellow Wayscral e-bikes :
Flexy 215, City 415, City 425, City 515, City 525, Sporty 455 and Classy 615.
This battery model has two references for 2 capacities :
• YJ39 1003 for 238Wh (36V/6,6Ah)
• YJ39 1006 for 475Wh (36V/13,2Ah)
Before you use this battery for the first time, we strongly recommend you to
read through this manual mindfully.

Charging Instructions :

1. Charge the battery pack before using.You can charge the battery either in
an integrated state (on the ebike) or a disintegrated state ( removed from
the bike). Plug the charging connector into the charging socket on the
battery case. Subsequently, connect the power cord of the charging in to
the wall socket, the indicator light goes on yellow color. The charging stops
automatically when the battery is fully charged, the indicator light changes
from yellow to green. The maximum charging time is around 6-8 hours.
When experiencing charging time substantially over 8 hours, please contact
our shops.
2. Place the battery pack on the bike rack steadily and then lock it properly.
3. Connect the power cable of E-bike to the output sockets of the battery pack
and guarantee the electrical connectors are tight.
4. Switch on the battery power to check bicycle indicator lights. The bicycle is
OK to use if the lights work normally.
5. Switch off the battery power when the bicycle is not in use.
6. The battery pack could work properly at the temperature range of 0°C to
40°C. The running mileage will shorten if out of this range.
7. Remove the battery pack from the bicycle if park the bike long time
outdoors to prevent the battery from exposing to the sunshine or rain to
protect performance.
8. Store the battery pack in a cool, dry and ventilated place with temperature
between 0°C and 40°C.
