PARTS AND FEATURES

Lid with Filter: The lid is used to keep dust and other contaminants from the water.
The filter is used to filter scale that may form in the water after boiling.
2. Removable Seal: Holds the lid in place.
3. Vessel: Holds the water to be heated.
4. Base: Provides a stable platform and electrical connection to the body.

Control Panel: Controls the functions of the kettle. See explanation of icons
and buttons below.
6. Mode Selector Bezel: Choice of MANUAL, GREEN, WHITE, OOLONG,
or BLACK/HERBAL.
7.
Knob: Controls manual temperature or keep warm time.
8. Cord Storage: The bottom of the base allows for the cord to be stored.

Wolf Gourmet Logo – Kettle is in standby mode.
Indicates the set temperature, actual temperature,
and the temperature scale.
F = Fahrenheit C = Celsius
Indicates keep warm time in minutes.
When time is less than 10 minutes, the time is in
minutes and seconds.
Indicates actual temperature is increasing.
CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS & KNOBS
Press to start or stop the heating cycle.
Press to start keep warm mode.
Mode Selector Bezel – Turn to select mode.
Knob – For the MANUAL mode, turn knob
clockwise to increase temperature; turn
counterclockwise to decrease temperature.
Knob – For the KEEP WARM mode, turn knob
clockwise to increase keep warm time, turn
counterclockwise to decrease keep warm time.
