 When the stop pin has been reached, simply turn counter clockwise to open the Garlic Cutter. Otherwise
open the Garlic Cutter as described in point 1.

The garlic dice can be cut into the integrated collection container or directly onto the dishes. Remove for this
the collection container before cutting the garlic.
 The cover serves to close the Garlic Cover and can be used as lid for the collection container. So garlic dices
can be kept simply, odorless and fresh in the refrigerator.
Attention!
To ensure a perfect functioning, you should take care that the container is filled with only one garlic
„
clove. If you want to continue to use the Garlic Cutter with only little effort you should halve or quarter
large garlic cloves (depending on the garlic variety) and fill and dice the halved or quartered parts

individually.
Please make sure that the container is locked in the lower part before using the Garlic Cutter.

Care and cleaning

As a basic principle, the Garlic Cutter should be cleaned before it is used for the first time and after each time it
is used. All parts of the Garlic Cutter can be cleaned either under the under running water or in the dishwasher.
For this purpose the Garlic Cutter can be dismantled as follows:




Hold the lower part of the Garlic Cutter, hold the locking screw with two
fingers of the same hand and turn the upper part counter clockwise with
the other hand to open it. Then withdraw the upper part from the lower
part.
Pull out the container upwards from the lower part. Take care not to
touche the cutting sieve.
Press the two clips of the cutting sieve on the side of the container (see
figure 2) and withdraw the complete cutting sieve. The cutting sieve can
be cleaned with a small brush, if necessary.
