    Tod führen können. Sicherheitshinweise Vor dem Einbau muss die Betriebsanleitung gelesen und verstanden werden. Bei Unklarheiten kontaktieren Sie die Bachofen AG. Der elektrische Anschluss darf nur durch qualifiziertes und vom Betreiber autorisiertes Personal vorgenommen werden. Alle angebauten Kabel- und Leitungsdurchführungen müssen die Anforderungen von EN 60079-0 Anhang A: Ex-Kabel- und Leitungseinführungen erfüllen.

    Einbau und Inbetriebnahme Beim Einbau ist auf die korrekte Betriebslage zu achten. Für seitlichen Einbau Pfeil "OBEN" auf Typenschild achten. Der Schwimmer muss sich frei über den ganzen Weg bewegen können und darf nicht durch Tankwände oder Tankeinbauten behindert werden. Einbaulagen wo Turbulenzen sind, stören die Funktion und sollten unbedingt vermieden werden.

    Schalter in einer Kammer montiert, entsprechende Absperrventile schliessen und je nach Bedarf Kammer entleeren oder entlüften. Flanschverbindung lösen und Füllstandschalter ausbauen. Schwimmer und Mechanik auf Schäden und Verschmutzung kontrollieren. Ablagerungen und Eisenteile mittels geeigneten und zugelassenen Verfahren entfernen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass keine mechanischen Schäden durch die Reinigung entstehen.

    Installation and initial start-up During installation, the correct operating position must be observed. For side mounting, observe the “Top” arrow on the type plate. The float must be able to move freely over the whole range of movement and must not be restricted by the tanks walls or by fittings in the tank.

Check the float and mechanism for damage and contamination. Remove deposits and metal particles by means of suitable and approved methods.     Montage et mise en service Lors du montage, il faut veiller à ce que la position de service soit correcte. Respecter la fleche “Top” sur la plaque signalétique. Le flotteur doit pouvoir se déplacer librement sur la totalité de sa course et ne doit pas être gêné par les parois du réservoir ou ses éléments incorporés.

    Procédure: Couper la tension d’alimentation avant d’ouvrir le boîtier. Les électrocutions peuvent être mortelles! Amener le réservoir du processus à la pression atmosphérique, le cas échéant abaisser le niveau. Si le contrôleur est monté dans une chambre, fermer les robinets d’arrêt correspondants et vidanger ou décharger la chambre en fonction des besoins.

    Instalación y puesta en servicio Durante la instalación se debe observar la posición correcta. Observar la flecha “Top” de la placa de características. El flotador debe poder movilizarse libremente por todo el recorrido sin que las paredes del tanque o sus componentes impidan su movimiento.

    Procedimiento: Antes de abrir la carcasa se debe interrumpir la tensión de alimentación, electrocuciones pueden causar la muerte. Los depósitos del proceso / cámaras de flotador deben ser sometidos a presión atmosférica antes de la ejecución de los trabajos y ventilarse de la forma correspondiente. Si fuese necesario, bajar el nivel.

Eliminación Los interruptores de nivel Trimod Besta no contienen amianto u otros materiales peligrosos. (2011/65/UE - RoHS).
