Components and operation
Inside the briefcase there is 1 Happylegs and 1 dimmable electrical transformer
The powered exerciser Happylegs is operated by an energy-efficient low power consumption
and silent motor and it can run at 16 different speeds from 7V to 15V. To get it started:
1) Insert the plug of the transformer into the connector on the front of the machine.
2) Insert the mains wire plug into the transformer box connector.
3) Connect the electrical plug into the mains.
4) To turn on the Happylegs you must turn the transformer speed selector wheel from the
left (ON) to the right (MAX) and the speed will increase from minimum to maximum.
The transformer turns the appliance on and off and also selects the desired speed.
To turn off the machine, turn the selector to the left until the click is made.

5) It is recommended to use it with a slight inclination, for which you can unscrew the two
height-adjustable front legs as you like. While you use it, don't try to force yourself;
Happyegs will move your legs automatically, passively and effortlessly.
Recommendations to use Happylegs
Very sedentary users, elderly, with injuries and / or physical disabilities:
it is advisable to use the Happylegs at slow and medium speeds in 2 intervals
of 15 minutes daily during the first week. You can increase the speed and
time of daily use and progressively, according to the person's needs
and physical condition.
Rest of users: You can use it as you like and need while working, in front
of the computer, watching television, reading, etc. It has no
contraindications or side effects. Happylegs can also be used by
pregnant women and people with pacemakers.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Never stand on top of the machine, as full weight could damage the internal
operational mechanisms and it is out of the warranty of the product.
Happylegs does not require regular maintenance and has been developed
to be used continuously for long periods of time. In order to clean it, a dry
cloth should be used when the equipment is unplugged and switched off.
