HELPFUL TIPS

NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.
SMOKING
During first use, you may notice slight smoking or a slight odor; this is normal with most
new appliances. Allow the appliance to preheat until smoke and odor no longer exists.
SERVING TIPS
To keep foods from drying out, cover each dish with aluminum foil until serving time.
It is important to maintain all cooked foods at a minimum of 140ºF (60°C) over an
extended period of time to prevent any food borne illness. It is recommended to
periodically check the temperature of the food with a food thermometer while serving.
All foods have different consistencies so depending on what you
are serving you may have to adjust the temperature lower or higher
to maintain a minimum temperature of 140ºF (60°C).
Temperatures may fluctuate as the food is being served and the contents
of the buffet server, serving pan and / or warming tray are emptied.
Never use metal utensils with this unit as it will ruin the stainless steel finish.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your DELUXE COOK & SERVE BUFFET by
following these simple instructions and precautions.
After allowing the unit to cool completely, remove the Cooking Pans
and Lids. These items can be submerged in soapy water. Rinse well
and wipe dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth or towel.
Wipe the Base with a dry, non-abrasive cloth or sponge to remove
food and liquid, preparing your buffet for the next use.
NEVER use an abrasive sponge, cloth or scouring pad on this
unit as it will damage the stainless steel finish.
NEVER submerge the Base in water or put in a dishwasher.
If there is any breakdown or damage, the appliance must be repaired by authorized
technicians. Non-authorized technicians are not permitted to dismantle the appliance.
