3.3 Bras universel utilisé pour pousser
Pour installer le bras universel en utilisation à pousser, il est essentiel que le bas du boîtier soit monté dans l'alignement
du bas de la butée du jambage supérieur, ce qui permet de s'assurer que le bras a suffisamment d'espace entre les
jambages supérieurs lorsqu'il pivote.
ÉTAPE 1 - Bras universel en position complètement fermée
• Fermer la porte au complet, puis répéter l'opération avec le bras parallèle à la porte fermée.
• Dans cette position fermée, marquer l'emplacement où le galet toucherait la porte (directement sous l'endroit où le
bras rencontre la porte).
ÉTAPE 2 - Position complètement ouverte
• Ouvrir la porte au complet et mettre l'interrupteur en position
Maintien ouvert.
• L'arbre d'entraînement (axe) pivotera complètement jusqu'à ce qu'il
heurte la butée de porte interne.
ÉTAPE 3 - Bras universel en position complètement ouverte
• Monter le bras universel sur l'arbre d'entraînement (axe) en position complètement ouverte, mais ne pas serrer
complètement les vis d'assemblage à six pans creux de 6 mm-20 x 22 mm (no ¼ po-20 x 7/8 po) pour laisser
une certaine liberté/souplesse au bras.
• Marquer l'emplacement où le galet toucherait la porte (directement sous l'endroit où le bras rencontre la porte).
Il s'agit de la position ouverte.
