III. USE OF THE PRODUCT
III.1. BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Remove the appliance from the packaging and make sure to remove the wedging elements.

Wipe the external surfaces of the appliance with a soft, clean cloth.
III.2. Operation：Conventional weighing
1. Take out the scale and open up the battery cover, insert the 2 x AAA batteries (not included) into
the battery compartment
2. The scale will automatically switch on and will firstly display «88:88» during its initialization. Then
the display goes out.
3. Put the scale on a flat steady surface
4. Stand with bare feet on the scales. Make sure that your feet are placed correctly on the contact
areas (2 & 3). The body weight will be calculated.
5. Once the body weight has been established, the number on the display begins to flash. You can
now get off the scales.
6. The scale will turn off automatically after 10s without any use.
III.3. Operation：Connected weighing
1. Download the app "Fitdays" either using the QR code or from the Google Play Store (Android) or
App Store (iOS).
2. Install the App on your device. The app requires iOS 8.0 or higher, or Android 6.0 or higher.
3. The App icon will appear on your phone or tablet after the installation is completed.
4. Switch on the Bluetooth function on your smart phone.
