5. This product is intended for consumer use only in an indoors environment. Do not use it in a
commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
6. Place the product on a level surface, with at least 3 feet of clearance around it.
7. To protect the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under it.
8. Inspect and properly tighten all parts regularly. Replace any worn or damaged parts immediately and
do not use until the machine has been repaired.
9. Make sure all locking mechanisms are properly secured before using the unit.
10. Wear appropriate clothes while exercising; do not wear loose clothes that could become caught.
Always wear athletic shoes while exercising.
11. Keep this product indoors, away from moisture and dust.
12. Do not install any fitness product near a pool, hot tub or other damp locations. Corrosion caused by
installation in these locations can lead to premature failure of components.
13. Over exercising may result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain while
exercising, stop immediately and cool down.

16. This product is designed for physical exercise by adults. This product is not suitable for use by
persons under 14 years of age.

20. This product is suitable for most 6' and 7' bars.
21. This product is designed for pull ups and chin ups. Do not use for muscle ups or Kipping pull ups
unless the unit is bolted to the floor.
22. DO NOT STORE YOUR BARBELL WITH WEIGHT ON THE POWER RACK FOR AN EXTENDED
PERIOD OF TIME TO PREVENT THE BAR FROM BENDING.
23. ALWAYS ADD OR REMOVE EQUAL AMOUNTS OF WEIGHT ON EACH SIDE OF THE BARBELL
TO PREVENT IT FROM TIPPING OVER!
24. This piece of equipment includes floor anchors that allow the user to mount the equipment to
the floor. Floor mounting is optional but highly recommended as it increases stability in pieces
of equipment that are used often or used with heavy weight. Mounting hardware IS NOT
PROVIDED, but can easily be obtained at your local hardware store. Find a qualified store
employee to help you select the proper type of hardware for your type of installation; whether
it'd be into concrete, or a wooden sub-floor, etc.
