Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the nominal voltage and the frequency written on the
EN
nameplate comply with the values of the local electrical network : the maximum voltage deviation must be
plus or minus 10%.
The device must be earthed.
Position the appliance so that the plug is easily accessible in order to unplug the appliance if necessary.
USE
Connect the oven to the power cable.
On ignition and during the first few minutes, the thermal insulators used and the grease residues cause the
formation of smoke and emit an unpleasant odor. At the first lighting, it is advisable to ventilate the room well
and to run the oven empty, at maximum power, for 20-30 minutes.
To turn on the appliance, use the ON / OFF switch in the ON position.
Press the LIGHT switch to the ON position to illuminate the oven.
Then turn the temperature thermostat to the desired temperature.
Activate the timer by turning the Timer knob clockwise to the desired preheating time.
You can regulate the heat of the rooms with the switches :
Top ► Top
Bottom ►Down
Place the pizza (s) in the oven once the temperature is reached.
Let cook for the desired time.
When the oven is finished, turn the thermostat to Min and set the switches to OFF.
Open and close the oven door using the handles.
Do not put your hands in the oven when it is on or still hot.
Use gloves and utensils suitable for this type of cooking.
