Unsere Artikel werden vor Auslieferung sorgfältig geprüft. Sollte jedoch wider Erwarten ein Fehler bzw. Schaden an einem unserer Produkte auf-
treten oder ein Herstellungsfehler festgestellt werden, bitten wir Sie, das Folgende zu beachten.
Senden Sie das defekte bzw. fehlerhafte Produkt mit einer ausführlichen Fehlerbeschreibung und in einem bearbeitbaren, gereinigten Zustand
bruchsicher verpackt sowie ausreichend frankiert an folgende Adresse:

Mit dem Einsenden des Produktes erteilen Sie uns automatisch einen Reparaturauftrag für den Fall, dass kein Garantieanspruch vorliegen sollte.
Auf ausdrücklichen schriftlichen Wunsch Ihrerseits erstellen wir einen Kostenvoranschlag. Dieser Kostenvoranschlag hat eine Gültigkeit von 2 Wo-
chen ab Ausstellungsdatum.
Bei Vorliegen eines Garantiefalls fallen keine Kosten an und der Versand erfolgt portofrei.
Garantieausschluss:
Keine Garantie gewähren wir bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung und Verschleißteilen. Die Garantie ist ferner ausgeschlossen, wenn unzulässiges
Zubehör verwandt worden ist oder Tuning- und Anbauteile, die nicht aus dem FG-Lieferprogramm stammen oder nicht von FG Modellsport aus-
drücklich als zulässiges Zubehör deklariert worden sind. Es obliegt dem Käufer, sich bei seinem FG Fachhändler diesbezüglich zu informieren.
GARANTIE
Nos produits sont contrôlés avec soin avant toute livraison. Si contre toute attente, une erreur ou défectuosité devait être constatée sur l'un de nos
produits à son déballage, vous voudrez bien suivre la procédure suivante :
Envoyer le produit erroné ou défectueux avec une description détaillée du problème dans son emballage d'origine à vos frais à l'adresse suivante :

Merci de bien vouloir noter que tout retour se fait à vos frais et que nous n'accepterons pas des retours en contre-remboursement.

Merci de joindre à votre envoi une copie du ticket de caisse justifiant votre achat.
En nous retournant le produit, vous nous passez commande d'un service après-vente dans le cas où l'article envoyé n'entrerait pas dans le cadre
de la garantie.
Dans cette hypothèse, nous vous adresserons un devis de réparation valable pour une durée de 2 semaines après sa date d'émission.
Si la réparation rentre dans la garantie, aucun frais ne vous sera facturé et le produit vous sera retourné à nos frais.
Exclusions de garantie : Nos produits ne sont pas garantis contre une utilisation anormale, ni contre l'usure habituelle liée à leur utilisation.
Notre garantie est par ailleurs exclue, lorsque des accessoires et pièces détachées qui ne sont pas issues du programme FG ou qui n'ont pas été
agréées par notre société ont été utilisées.
Nous recommandons à l'utilisateur de s'informer auprès de son détaillant FG.
WARRANTY
Our products are carefully checked before shipment. Should any error or defect be noticed upon delivery of one of our product, please follow the
following procedure:
Send back the faulty product in its original package with a detailed description of the problem, at your cost to the following address:

Please note that any product return is at your cost and that we do not accept returns with cash on delivery.
Please provide your full address, phone number and e-mail address to allow us to contact you if necessary.
Please provide a copy of the till receipt justifying your purchase.
By returning the product, you acknowledge ordering an after-sale service, if the problem of the returned item is not covered by the warranty.
In that case, we will send you a repair cost estimation, valid two weeks after issue.
If the repair is covered by the warranty, no cost will be charged and the product will be returned at our cost.
Disclaimer of warranty : our products are not guaranteed in case of abnormal utilization or against the normal wear induced by their utilization.
Furthermore, our warranty is not engaged when accessories or spare parts not from FG origin, or not approved by our company, have been used.
