CONFORMITE D'UTILISATION Utiliser l’appareil uniquement pour le maintien des aliments à une température comprise entre 2° C et 10° C (sauf la viande). Elle permet de mettre en valeur vos produits (desserts, gâteaux, tartes, cocktails, boissons fraîches, etc.). -

FONCTIONNEMENT / MANIPULATION a) Installation/Montage : - Positionner l’appareil sur une surface stable et horizontale. - Enlever les films de protection de l’appareil. - Positionner les accessoires. - Une distance de 10 cm minimum avec la cloison ou le mur est nécessaire. - Ne jamais placer l’appareil près d’une cloison composée de matériaux combustibles, même bien isolés. - Page 5 Réglage du dégivrage Le dégivrage est une opération importante pour les vitrines ventilées dont font partie les CD 800 I / CD 800 B. La température homogène est obtenue par la circulation de l’air à travers un évaporateur. Celui-ci est à une température négative lorsque le compresseur fonctionne.
