The owner of this product can only lay claim under this warranty by providing the product for inspection
by a BERG dealer. At the same time the original purchase bill must be handed over to the dealer. If the
owner has moved, or the dealer is no longer available, when asked, BERG will inform the owner of the
nearest BERG dealer.
If the claim under the warranty is refused, all costs incurred must be paid by the owner.
This warranty is not transferable to third parties.
