WARNING!
• The supplementary GAS volume allows swelling of the container to prevent contact between the film
and packed product. It is advisable to carry out preliminary tests to determine the additional gas volume
before proceeding with packaging the product in series.
• GAS ALARM: At the end of the vacuum cycle, if the gas flow to the machine is cut off (cylinder empty, valve closed,
pipes interrupted or dirty, etc.), the and "gas alarm" indication flashing on the display. After 10 seconds and if
there is still no gas, the and messages start flashing and the cycle is stopped. The sealing head opens automa-
tically; check the gas left in the cylinder, the closure valve and the cylinder pressure regulator and connection
elements. To restart the machine, switch it off and then switch it on again by means of the main switch.

7.4.3 ONLY SEALING FUNCTION ON VGP25N

1) Select the sealing program.
2) Check to make sure the temperature regulator indicates the maximum programmed temperature; this value is usually
reached after about 10 minutes.
3) Program the desired sealing time.

4) Insert container containing the product in the tray die.
5) Start up the pump.

6) Stretch film on the container and block it by means of three suction cups

7) Lower head by pressing slightly initially; the machine carries out the packaging cycle according o the programmed
parameters. At the end of the cycle, the sealing head opens automatically.
8) Eliminate the film waste, remove the packed product and proceed with a new cycle.
