Fitting kit
- 3 screws BHc 5×25 (big head)
- 3 « silent block » with steel spacers
- 1 rubber insert M5
Fitting instructions
- Remove both screws that secure the meter cover. Place the « silent block » on the nose screen (the
metallic spacer flange is placed outside the nose screen).
- Position the nose screen on the motorbike and secure it with 2 screws BHc 5×25 on the meter cover
fixations.
- Through the last « silent block », locate the hole to drill in the meter cover, and then remove the nose
screen.
- For added safety, remove the meter cover by removing the 2 screws holding next to the turn signals.
Drill the cover on the mark spot previously to diameter 9.5mm.
- Replace the meter cover. Fit it with the original screws at the indicators level. Place the rubber insert in
the hole drilled previously.
- Place the nose screen on the motorcycle and fit it thanks to the 3 screws BHc 5×25. Tighten gradually
and finish tightening starting by the bottom screw.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* Screens damaged by an inadequat washing are not guaranteed (abrasive, corrosive ... products, solvent, thinner, benzine ...). Wash immediately brake or battery fluid which may flow on accessories.
